Post-construction review has been completed following damage caused by excavation work related to the storm main replacement by the local municipality. The findings highlight key areas of concern and outline the necessary steps for remediation. It is essential to address these issues promptly to ensure the integrity of the surrounding infrastructure and maintain community safety. The house showed signs of settlement and surface cracking. A repair plan & permit application scheme was developed based on site inspection, as well as a building addition of a wing block.
